service machine shop that is capable of extensive in house pump repair and

Capabilities
Our field service rigs are capable of small jobs up to 50 tons.
Franks 160
Our Franks 160 is capable of 50 tons. The rig features an air
clutch with a 4 line traveling block, hydraulic jacks, cathead, tail out
winch and hydraulic breakout cylinder. The drawworks are powered
by a 4-71 deck mounted diesel engine with a 3 speed transmission for
complete control of heavy loads.
Smeal 12T
Our Smeal 12T is rated at 33,000 pounds with 3 lines. The rig is
truck mounted with hydraulic jacks, cathead, tail out winch and breakout
cylinder.
Smeal 8T
Our Smeal 8T is rated at 24,000 pounds with 3 lines. The rig is
truck mounted with hydraulic jacks, cathead, tail out winch and breakout
cylinder.
Smeal 4T
Our Smeal 4T is rated at 9,000 pounds with 3 lines. The rig is
truck mounted with hydraulic jacks.
Simco 8000
Our Simco 8000 is rated at 24,000 pounds with 3 lines. The rig
is truck mounted with hydraulic jacks, cathead, breakout cylinder and
bailing drum.
Machine Shop
Our machine shop is equipped with 4 engine lathes, 2 mills, 3 drill
presses and a Landis 8" API receding die head threading
machine. We are also equipped with a wire welder, arc welder,
actylene torches and band saws.
