Capabilities
Our support services include wireline and cementing services. The
wireline services include open hole electric logging, sonar jet and explosive
work.
Wireline unit #1
Wireline unit #1 is used for open hole wireline work. The
electric logging unit is capable of the following logs in one
pass: spontainious potential, natural gama, 16" normal,
64" normal, 6' lateral, single point resistance, fluid resistivity
and change in temperature. Wireline unit #1 is also capable of
open hole caliper logs.
Wireline unit #2
Wireline unit #2 is used for explosive work. It is capable of
sonar jet screen cleaning explosive work. Sonar jet is a patented
process that includes multiple timed charges that produce a shock wave
that cleans encrusted deposits off of screens. This unit is also
used for general explosive work such as perforating, parting and back
off work.
Mini Cementer
Our mini cementer is capable of batch mixing smaller jobs up to 70
sacks of cement. We can mix bentonite additives with the cement
with this equipment if desired.
Standard Cementer
Our standard cementer is capable of batch mixing jobs up to 1000
sacks of cement. We can mix, pump and displace with up to 500 psi
of discharge pressure. The rig holds up to 210 sacks of cement on
the pneumatic tank. Larger jobs are accomplished with bulk trucks
blowing over onto the pump truck.
